Your data will be used by staff at Music Centre to enable the running of the centre, and for no other purpose.

The data you provide about yourself and your child/children may be retained by the Music Centre for up to 5 years in accordance with the requirements for funding.

If you are a UK taxpayer, the value of your payment to Chesterfield Music Centre can be increased by 25% under the Gift Aid scheme at no extra cost to you. If you consent to Gift Aid, Chesterfield Music Centre may ask you to complete a declaration for our records. You can change your mind at any time by letting us know.
